Sr. AP Administrator – Rialto Management Group, LLC

Summary

Rialto’s Accounts Payable (A/P) group is looking to add a Senior A/P Administrator to the team. The Senior A/P Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices into the A/P system via our paperless workflow system. A strong understanding of the overall A/P process is required. The position may assist across responsibilities when deemed necessary by management. This position reports to the A/P Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and any source documents received for billing purposes
  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial and company policies and procedures
  • Manage recurring payments/office lease payments
  • Ensure signature authority rules are maintained on all invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
  • Assist with the accounts payable month end close process
  • Produce various accounts payable related reports as requested by management
  • Review new vendor records entered into the accounts payable system and identify duplicate and inactive vendors
  • Request and record wire transfer payments
  • Prepare and complete stop payment/void check requests
  • Monitor outstanding checks and manage the unclaimed property/escheatment process
  • Support with special projects and/or other job related functions as assigned by management

Specifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Accounting, Billing, or Payables
  • Computer proficiency and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Metaviewer, Concur and NetSuite accounting systems a plus
  • Heavy reconciliation experience
  • Absolute Integrity
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Strong attention to detail

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
